Terms & Conditions
• All items are subject to availability. The management reserves the right to replace unavailable items with items of equal or lower value.
• Orders have to be placed 72 hours prior to collection date.
• Pre-order guarantee policy: Full payment via credit card is required.
• Pre-order cancellation: 100% of the total bill will be charged to your credit card in the event of order cancellation, unless cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to the collection or delivery date.
• “No-show” policy: In the event of “No-show” on indicated self collection date, 100% of the total bill will be charged to your credit card.
• Limited delivery slots daily. Based on first come, first served basis. Undelivered orders can be collected personally at the Hotel Forecourt stall, from 11am to 9pm
• Delivery fees are $74.90 per location. (Subject to Availability)
• Complimentary Delivery to one location with minimum spend of $600 (before discount).
• Self-collection will be at Hotel’s Lunar New Year Booth, Hotel Lobby, Level 1 from 20 January to 11 February 2021
• Drive-through collection will be at Hotel’s Forecourt.
• Prices are inclusive of 7% Goods & Services Tax
